Program Description

YWCA Literacy Council of YWCA Northwestern Illinois offers free one-on-one tutoring and free classes to residents of Winnebago, Boone, and parts of Ogle Counties. Currently, we offer many levels of English as a Second Language (ESL) classes, and we provide tutoring in English literacy (reading, writing, listening, and speaking). To register, go to www.ywcanwil.org/litcouncil/ and fill out the free application.
