Program Description

PODER empowers individuals with the tools to promote human dignity, increase employment potential, and facilitate participation in the larger community.

Integrated English (IE) is our largest program, with six levels of contextualized English as a Second Language (ESL) classes, held daily at various sites and online, morning and evening.

PODER's Workforce Development (WFD) program provides career exploration and job readiness for unemployed or underemployed individuals seeking career coaching or training for finance careers and other opportunities that offer family-sustaining wages and advancement.
