Program Description
Through GED Preparation Classes students will study and work toward obtaining their GED. Classes are free and include instruction at all levels so students are able to begin at a place that is comfortable for them. Students may enter classes at designated orientation dates and are encouraged to work at their own pace to ensure success. Classes include working on reading, writing, and math skills, learning test taking strategies, learning and utilizing software on computers, and developing a career plan for the future. JALC Logan Academy also provides tutors for those seeking assistance in reading and math skills, along with English as a second language.
